WISEe Cooperative Society Ltd is dedicated to empowering women through the design, delivery, and management of solar PV training, installation, and consultancy services. We recognise that the health and safety of our members, employees, trainees, customers, and partners is fundamental to our mission.
We are committed to providing safe and healthy working conditions that prevent work‑related injury and ill health. To fulfil this commitment, we:
❖Identify and eliminate hazards, and reduce OH&S risks associated with our training environments, installation sites, and office activities.
❖Consult with and actively encourage the participation of all workers and their representatives in OH&S matters, including hazard reporting and incident investigation.
❖Comply with all applicable legal requirements, regulations, and other voluntary commitments related to occupational health and safety.
❖Provide appropriate information, instruction, training, and personal protective equipment to ensure safe work practices.
❖Set measurable OH&S objectives, monitor performance, and take preventive and corrective actions as needed.
❖Continually improve our OH&S management system to enhance safety culture and reduce the likelihood of incidents.
Top management is fully responsible and accountable for:

❖Integrating OH&S into the cooperative’s overall business processes.
❖Allocating necessary resources to maintain a safe work environment.
