Kakamega County Installation
6 We Care Solar Suitcases were installed in 5 dispensaries and health centres in Kakamega county to support Maternal Health. This type of suitcase is purposely meant for lighting the delivery rooms for expectant mothers during and after delivery to ensure safe childbirth and ensure zero deaths to the unborn baby and the mother. The centres included:ACK Namasoli Health Centre,ACK Lukoye Dispensary, ACK Maseno dispensary, ACK Masaba dispensary, ACK Elwasambi. These systems will serve the locals in these areas benefitting over 2500 people directly and indirectly.
