2 Solar suitcases were installed in Makimei Childrens’ Home to support lighting the facility and enable the kids to carry out evening and morning studies comfortably. The home takes care of very small orphaned infants as young as a day old and therefore,having no or unreliable power poses a big challenge to carry out the task. The system benefits over 300 people directly and indirectly.
